three. Indemnification. Participant and/or maybe the undersigned parent or guardian hereby conform to entirely indemnify Releasees and every of these from and against any and all losses, statements, damages, liabilities, charges, and expenditures (such as realistic lawyer’s fees) (collectively “Assert” or “Claims”), incurred by the Memb
